The invention discloses a battery replacement equipment lifting control method and system, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the lifting height information of the battery replacement equipment in the current battery replacement process based on the parking position of a battery replacement vehicle on a battery replacement station; controlling a battery replacing platform of the battery replacing equipment to execute lifting operation based on the lifting height information; in the lifting process of the battery replacing platform, the lifting in-place information of the battery replacing platform is obtained; and controlling the battery replacing platform to stop lifting so as to execute the disassembly and assembly operation of the battery pack. In the chassis type battery replacing mode of the battery replacing vehicle, according to the parking position of the battery replacing vehicle on the battery replacing station, the lifting height corresponding to the battery replacing equipment is determined so as to control the battery replacing platform to lift, whether lifting in-place information is received or not is monitored in real time, and once the lifting in-place information is obtained, the battery replacing platform is controlled to stop operation in time; the lifting stopping position of the battery replacing platform is the dismounting operation position of the battery pack, and the accuracy and reliability of lifting control and lifting in-place monitoring are effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种换电设备举升控制方法、系统、电子设备和存储介质,该方法包括:基于换电车辆在换电工位上的停靠位置,获取换电设备在当前换电过程中的举升高度信息;基于举升高度信息控制换电设备的换电平台执行举升操作;在换电平台举升过程中,获取换电平台的举升到位信息;控制换电平台停止举升,以执行电池包的拆装操作。本发明在换电车辆的底盘式换电模式中,根据换电车辆在换电工位上的停靠位置,确定换电设备对应的举升高度以控制换电平台进行举升,实时监测是否接收到举升到位信息,一旦获取则及时控制换电平台停止操作,换电平台停止举升位置即为对电池包的拆卸操作位置,有效保证了举升控制以及举升到位监测的准确性和可靠性。
