The invention relates to the technical field of ship charging, and provides a ship charging control method and device considering berth allocation, and the method comprises the steps: building a multi-objective optimization model; establishing a first constraint model for rolling optimization and a multi-stage arrangement guide rule, and establishing a second constraint model for parking space allocation; and solving a multi-target optimization model through a multi-target particle swarm optimization algorithm by taking the first constraint model, the second constraint model and the multi-stage arrangement guide rule as constraint conditions and taking the minimization of the charging electric charge expenditure and the minimization of the power grid side daily load peak-valley difference as optimization targets to obtain an optimal charging control scheme of each ship. Therefore, a rolling optimization strategy for charging the ship is realized on the premise of considering berth distribution, economical efficiency and safety are met, charging efficiency can be improved, and the charging load requirement of the ship can still be met through rolling optimization under the condition that the port capacity is limited.
本发明涉及船舶充电技术领域,提供一种考虑泊位分配的船舶充电控制方法及装置,方法包括:建立多目标优化模型;建立进行滚动优化的第一约束模型和多级排列引导规则,并建立泊位分配的第二约束模型;以第一约束模型、第二约束模型和多级排列引导规则为约束条件,以充电电费支出最小化、电网侧日负荷峰谷差最小化作为优化目标,通过多目标粒子群优化算法求解多目标优化模型,得到各船舶的最优充电控制方案。由此,在考虑泊位分配的前提下实现对船舶进行充电的滚动优化策略,且满足经济性和安全性,可以提高充电效率,且可以在港口容量有限的情况下仍然能够通过滚动优化满足船舶的充电负荷需求。
