According to the thermal management system and method for the commercial vehicle, the characteristic that the heat release amount of an intercooling system of the commercial vehicle is large is utilized, and waste heat of the intercooling system is increased to heat a battery and a driver; therefore, the heating energy consumption can be further reduced. Meanwhile, a double-input power takeoff is utilized, a mechanical fan is coupled with a motor and an engine driving shaft at the same time, only when the motor is cooled or a battery needs to be cooled, the fan is driven by the motor to operate, and when the engine needs to be cooled, the fan is driven by the engine to operate; the number of fans can be reduced, the system integration degree is improved, and the front-end arrangement space of the whole vehicle is saved. Meanwhile, the energy-saving performance is considered, the double-input power takeoff can be provided with a multi-gear transmission ratio adjusting function, the transmission speed ratio is dynamically adjusted according to the thermal load and the rotating speed of the input end, and therefore the fan is controlled to operate at the proper rotating speed.
本发明提供一种商用车用热管理系统及方法,利用商用车中冷系统放热量较大的特点,增加了中冷系统余热对电池以及驾驶进行加热;此举可进一步降低加热能耗。同时利用双输入取力器,将机械风扇与电机以及发动机驱动轴同时耦合,仅当电机冷却或电池需冷却时,由电机驱动风扇运行,当发动机需冷却时,由发动机驱动风扇运行;此举可减少风扇数量,提升系统集成度,节省整车前端布置空间。同时考虑节能性能,该双输入取力器可设置多挡传动比调节功能,根据热负荷及输入端转速动态调整传动速比,从而控制风扇在适宜转速下运行。
