The expressway traffic state analysis and expressway congestion cause diagnosis are carried out by combining the vehicle-mounted positioning system according to data which can be provided by equipment under existing conditions, so that congestion diffusion prevention and existing traffic congestion dispersion schemes are quickly formed, and the management level of a management unit on the expressway is improved.
