The double-speed self-locking winch comprises a motor, a winch shell, a roller, a transmission coupler and a transmission shaft, a brake mechanism, a first-stage planetary speed reduction assembly and a second-stage planetary speed reduction assembly are sequentially arranged in the roller, and the second-stage planetary speed reduction assembly is connected with the roller through a spline; the transmission coupler is connected with the first-stage planetary speed reduction assembly, and the brake mechanism is connected with the first-stage planetary speed reduction assembly in an engaged mode. The transmission shaft is arranged between the first-stage planetary reduction assembly and the second-stage planetary reduction assembly, and a clutch mechanism for pushing the transmission shaft to move axially is arranged at the tail end of the transmission shaft; the clutch mechanism is installed on the side face of the winch shell and comprises a clutch handle and a clutch cam, and when the clutch handle is rotated, the clutch cam drives the transmission shaft to move axially; the clutch cam on the clutch mechanism drives the transmission shaft to move, so that the transmission shaft is meshed with the first-stage planetary speed reduction assembly and the second-stage planetary speed reduction assembly, switching of the rotating speed of the winch is achieved, and automatic braking is achieved through the braking mechanism.

    本发明公开了一种双速自锁绞盘,包括马达、绞盘壳体、滚筒、传动联轴器和传动轴,滚筒内依次设有刹车机构、一级行星减速组件和二级行星减速组件,二级行星减速组件与滚筒通过花键连接;传动联轴器与一级行星减速组件连接,刹车机构与一级行星减速组件啮合连接;传动轴设置在一级行星减速组件和二级行星减速组件之间,且传动轴末端设有推动其轴向移动的离合机构;离合机构安装在绞盘壳体侧面,离合机构包括离合手柄和离合凸轮,转动离合手柄时离合凸轮带动传动轴轴向移动;本发明通过离合机构上的离合凸轮带动传动轴移动,使传动轴分别与一级行星减速组件和二级行星减速组件啮合,从而现实绞盘转速的切换,并通过刹车机构现实自动刹车。
