The invention belongs to the technical field of elevator detection, and particularly relates to an elevator car accidental movement test method which comprises the steps that S1, a car is stopped at a door area position, an elevator is in an emergency electric state, and it is confirmed that a door lock loop is closed; s2, a mainboard keypad or an operator sets parameters to start a UCMP test function, and the mainboard displays E88 after entering a test state; s3, a UCMP test plug on the interface board is manually disconnected, and a door lock loop is disconnected (when an additional brake exists, a car auxiliary door lock loop needs to be disconnected at the same time); s4, an emergency electric ascending or descending button is manually pressed, a door sealing relay outputs, a door lock is short-circuited, and at the moment, the elevator operates in an emergency electric mode; and S5, after the lift car is separated from the door area during operation, the hardware UCMP board module cancels the door lock short circuit, and a braking part is triggered to stop the lift car. And meanwhile, the system reports an E65UCMP fault, so that the elevator is prevented from being started and operated again.
本发明属于电梯检测技术领域,具体的说是一种电梯轿厢意外移动试验方法,该方法包括:S1:将轿厢停在门区位置,电梯置于紧急电动状态,确认门锁回路闭合;S2:主板小键盘或操作器设置参数开启UCMP测试功能,进入测试状态后主板显示E88;S3:手动断开接口板上面UCMP测试插头,断开门锁回路(有附加制动器时,同时需断开轿厢副门锁回路);S4:手动按住紧急电动上行或者下行按钮,封门继电器输出,门锁短接,此时电梯紧急电动运行;S5:轿厢运行脱离门区后,硬件UCMP板模块会取消门锁短接,触发制停部件制停轿厢。同时系统报E65UCMP故障,防止电梯再次启动运行。
