The invention discloses an automatic unfolding type folding mechanism which comprises a wing plate and a fixed seat, the wing plate and the fixed seat are rotationally connected through a folding component, the folding component comprises a rotating shaft, and the two ends of the rotating shaft are movably sleeved with a rotating sleeve fixedly connected with the wing plate and a fixed sleeve fixedly connected with the fixed seat respectively; a torsion mechanism is arranged between the rotating sleeve and the fixed sleeve and comprises a torsion spring movably arranged in the rotating shaft in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of the torsion spring are connected with the rotating sleeve and the fixed sleeve respectively. A lock pin is arranged on the fixed seat, the lock pin is movably arranged on the telescopic device, and a plurality of lock grooves used for being clamped with the lock pin are formed in the outer side wall of the rotating sleeve in the circumferential direction; according to the scheme, the folding mechanism has the advantages of being light in weight, resistant to high temperature and excellent in mechanical property, the wing plates can be automatically unfolded under the action of the torsion mechanism, and the wing plates are not prone to clamping stagnation in the rotating process; the wing plates are locked in the unfolded and folded states through clamping of the lock pins and the lock grooves.

    本发明公开了一种自动展开式折叠机构,其包括翼板和固定座,翼板和固定座之间通过折叠构件转动连接,折叠构件包括转轴,转轴的两端分别活动套设有与翼板固定连接的转动套筒和与固定座固定连接的固定套筒;转动套筒与固定套筒之间设置有扭力机构,扭力机构包括活动穿设在转轴内部的扭簧,扭簧的两端分别与转动套筒和固定套筒连接;固定座上设置有锁销,锁销活动设置在伸缩装置上,转动套筒外侧壁的周向上设置有若干用于与锁销相卡合的锁槽;本方案的折叠机构具有质量轻、耐高温、力学性能优异的特点,其中翼板在扭力机构的作用下可自动展开,且翼板在转动过程中不易出现卡滞;翼板通过锁销和锁槽的卡合,实现翼板在展开和折叠状态下的锁紧。
