The invention relates to an LNG ship bilge-to-circle linetype precision control method and a bilge section. The method comprises the steps that welding is not temporarily conducted after a rotating circular plate area is jointed, a plurality of management point marks are selected along the linetype of a rotating circular plate, a plurality of theoretical management points are correspondingly selected in a bilge section model through ECO-BLOCK software, and the management point marks correspond to the theoretical management points one to one; taking a head theoretical management point and a tail theoretical management point as horizontal references in the ECO-BLOCK software, and obtaining the distance l from the other theoretical management points to the horizontal references; and a rope is pulled between the head management point mark and the tail management point mark, the vertical distance L between the management point marks and the rope is measured, if the deviation between L and l is within 3 mm, the line type meets the requirement, if the deviation between L and l exceeds 3 mm, the line type of the rotating circular plate area is adjusted, and the jointed plate seam is welded after adjustment. Measurement is carried out on site in a two-dimensional mode, the linetype is adjusted according to the two-dimensional measurement result, the time for three-dimensional measurement and analysis is shortened, and the efficiency of segmented construction can be greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种LNG船舭部转圆线型精度控制的方法及舭部分段,包括转圆板区域拼板后暂不焊接,沿转圆板的线型选取若干管理点标记,对应在ECO‑BLOCK软件在舭部分段的模型中选取若干理论管理点,管理点标记和理论管理点一一对应;在ECO‑BLOCK软件中以首尾两个理论管理点为水平基准,获取其余理论管理点距离水平基准的距离l;在首尾两个管理点标记之间拉线绳,量取管理点标记距离线绳的垂直距离L,若L和l的偏差在3mm以内则线型符合要求,超出3mm则对转圆板区域的线型进行调整,调整后焊接拼板板缝。本发明通过二维的方式在现场进行测量,根据二维测量的结果对线型进行调整,减少三维测量和分析的用时,能够大幅提升分段建造的效率。
