The abutting assembly comprises a ladder frame and abutting steel pipes connected to the two sides of the ladder frame, the ladder frame is arranged on the cage body in an overhead mode, and vibration reduction and buffering assemblies connected with the cage body are arranged on the inner sides of the abutting steel pipes. The vibration damping and buffering assembly comprises a sleeving piece, a sleeve and a piston which are connected in sequence; the sleeve is in sliding connection with the piston, a permanent magnet is arranged at the end part of the piston, and a coil corresponding to the permanent magnet is wound outside the sleeve; compared with the prior art, the jacking assembly corresponding to the cage main body is arranged, the ladder assembly facilitating climbing is formed on the jacking assembly, and after the jacking assembly is connected to the cage main body, the ladder assembly arranged in the height direction of the cage main body is formed, so that a maintainer can climb on the cage main body; and meanwhile, under the action of the damping and buffering assembly, the abutting assembly has better stability on the cage body.
