The vehicle girder assembly comprises a girder and a reinforcing structure of the vehicle girder, a locking mechanism is connected to the bottom of the girder, the reinforcing structure comprises a first connecting part used for being connected with the bottom of the girder, and the locking mechanism is connected with the first connecting part of the reinforcing structure. The battery pack is detachably connected to the locking mechanism. According to the scheme, the locking mechanism is mounted on the reinforcing structure, so that the connection strength of the locking mechanism and the girder is improved, and the situation that the replacement precision and the replacement success rate of the battery pack are affected due to deformation of the connection position of the locking mechanism and the girder caused by overweight of the battery pack is avoided. The locking mechanism is connected to the bottom of the girder, so that battery replacement operation at the bottom of the vehicle is facilitated. The first connecting part is connected with the bottom of the girder and can reinforce the bottom of the girder, and the locking mechanism is further connected to the first connecting part, so that the locking mechanism is connected and located at the bottom of the girder, connection stability is high, and installation and connection are convenient.

    本发明公开了一种车辆大梁组件和电动汽车,包括大梁和车辆大梁的加强结构,锁止机构连接于大梁的底部,加强结构包括用于与大梁的底部相连接的第一连接部,锁止机构与加强结构的第一连接部相连接,电池包可拆卸地连接于锁止机构上。采用本方案,通过将锁止机构安装于加强结构上,提高了锁止机构与大梁的连接强度,避免因电池包过重,导致锁止机构与大梁的连接位置发生变形,进而影响电池包更换精度和更换成功率。锁止机构连接于大梁底部,便于在车辆的底部进行换电操作。第一连接部与大梁的底部连接,能够对大梁的底部进行加强,锁止机构还连接于第一连接部,使得锁止机构连接并位于大梁底部,不但连接稳定性高、安装连接方便。
