The invention relates to the field of automobile frames, and discloses a frame structure which comprises a pair of longitudinal beams made of aluminum alloy, and further comprises a first reinforcing connecting piece, a second reinforcing connecting piece and a front cross beam arranged between the pair of longitudinal beams, the first reinforcing connecting piece and the second reinforcing connecting piece are installed between the upper wing surfaces of the longitudinal beams and the lower wing surfaces of the longitudinal beams, and the front cross beam is arranged between the pair of longitudinal beams. The second reinforcing connecting piece is made of iron materials, the first reinforcing connecting piece comprises a pair of first reinforcing connecting piece wing faces and a first reinforcing connecting piece ventral face, the second reinforcing connecting piece comprises a pair of end faces and a bottom face, one end face of the second reinforcing connecting piece covers the outer side of the first reinforcing connecting piece, and the other end face of the second reinforcing connecting piece covers the bottom face of the first reinforcing connecting piece. And the other end surface covers the outer side of the longitudinal beam ventral surface. By arranging the first reinforcing connecting piece and the second reinforcing connecting piece which are mutually wrapped and engaged, the connecting area is increased, the risk of single-point concentrated load is reduced, a relatively rigid structure is formed, and the connecting strength of the front cross beam area of the frame is improved.

    本发明涉及汽车车架领域,公开了一种车架结构,包括一对由铝合金制成的纵梁,还包括安装于纵梁上翼面与纵梁下翼面之间的第一加强连接件、第二加强连接件以及设置于一对纵梁之间的前横梁,第一加强连接件由铝合金制成,第二加强连接件由铁质材料构成,第一加强连接件包括一对第一加强连接件翼面和第一加强连接件腹面,第二加强连接件包括一对端面以及一个底面,第二加强连接件的一个端面包覆于第一加强连接件外侧,另一个端面包覆于纵梁腹面外侧。通过设置互相包覆、咬合的第一加强连接件和第二加强连接件,增加了连接面积,减少了单点集中载荷的风险,并形成了相对刚性的结构,提高了车架前横梁区域的连接强度。
