The invention discloses a method for selecting working condition points of an extended-range automobile engine, which relates to the technical field of extended-range automobile engines, and comprises the following steps of: acquiring a real-time battery electric quantity SOC value through a battery sensor loaded on a whole vehicle, setting different running modes according to different SOC values, and determining the minimum power when a range extender maintains the maximum speed according to the performance parameters of the whole vehicle, so as to select the working condition points of the extended-range automobile engine. The method comprises the following steps: performing comprehensive calculation control on whole vehicle performance parameters, a range extender common power interval under WLTC cycle, engine universal characteristics and motor universal characteristics to obtain main operation condition points of an engine, selecting a high-efficiency low-oil-consumption interval through motor efficiency MAP and engine MAP, determining the working condition points of the engine, and controlling the working condition points of the engine to obtain a high-efficiency low-oil-consumption interval. The oil consumption is reduced; and discharged pollutants are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种增程式汽车发动机工作工况点选取方法,涉及增程式汽车发动机技术领域,通过整车装载的电池传感器采集实时的电池电量SOC值,针对不同SOC值设定不同运行模式,通过整车性能参数确定增程器维持最大车速时最小功率,对整车性能参数、WLTC循环下增程器常用功率区间、发动机万有特性、电机万有特性的综合计算控制,得到发动机主要运行工况点,通过电机效率MAP及发动机MAP选取高效率低油耗区间,确定发动机工作工况点,对发动机工作工况点的控制,降低油耗及减少排放污染物。
