The invention belongs to the technical field of machinery, particularly relates to an automatic plug-in type manipulator for a charging pile, and aims to solve the problem that the matching process cannot be well realized by the conventional soft connection and hard connection technology of a supporting piece. The automatic plug-in type manipulator comprises a fixed top plate, and a fixed top box is fixed at the top of the fixed top plate through a bolt; a horizontal top seat sliding groove is formed in the middle of the top of the fixed top plate, and a horizontally-arranged sliding top seat is slidably clamped between the inner walls of the two sides of the top seat sliding groove. When a fixing claw extends to the bottommost part of a fixing claw clamping groove, a fourth pneumatic push rod extends to enable a locking claw to be connected with the interior of a locking claw clamping groove in a clamped mode, the adjacent connecting column bodies are locked to be in a fixed state, and the pneumatic supporting body is in a vertically-fixed rod-shaped posture after being inflated; therefore, the charging mechanism at the bottom is changed into a pneumatic supporting body which has a fixed supporting effect and is in hard connection after being inflated from an uninflated pneumatic supporting body in soft connection.

    本发明属于机械技术领域,尤其是一种充电桩自动插入式机械手,针对现有支撑件的软连接和硬连接上的技术并不能很好的实现匹配过程的问题,现提出以下方案,包括固定顶板,所述固定顶板的顶部通过螺栓固定有固定顶盒,所述固定顶板的顶部中间位置开设有水平的顶座滑槽,所述顶座滑槽的两侧内壁之间滑动卡接有水平设置的滑动顶座。本发明中固定爪延伸至固定爪卡槽的最底部时,第四气动推杆的伸长使得锁紧爪与锁紧爪卡槽内部相卡接,使得相邻的衔接柱体之间锁紧为固定状态,使得气动支撑体充气后为竖直固定的杆状姿态,使得底部的充电机构由未充气的软连接的气动支撑变为充气后硬连接具有固定支撑效果的气动支撑体。
