The invention provides a pure electric vehicle abnormal power consumption diagnosis method, which comprises the following steps: carrying out region division according to the function and position of vehicle electronic equipment to form a power domain, a chassis domain, a vehicle body domain, a cabin domain and an intelligent driving domain; a domain controller is correspondingly arranged for each domain so as to carry out voltage and current monitoring and control management on electronic equipment in the domain, and the domain controller is in signal connection with an automobile gateway; after the vehicle enters the steady-state driving state and the monitoring and diagnosis boundary conditions are met, calculating the electric power of the electronic equipment corresponding to each domain, and comparing the electric power with the corresponding limit value to confirm whether the electronic equipment has abnormal power consumption or not; if yes, the corresponding domain controller accumulates the duration of the abnormal power consumption, and if the duration is larger than the accumulated time limit value, it is judged that the corresponding domain has the abnormal power consumption fault. The abnormal power consumption monitoring accuracy of the pure electric vehicle can be improved, and the comfort level of user experience is improved.

    本发明提供一种纯电动汽车异常电耗诊断方法,包括:根据汽车电子设备的功能和位置进行区域划分,以形成动力域、底盘域、车身域、座舱域和智驾域;对各个域对应设置域控制器,以对本域内的电子设备进行电压及电流监测和控制管理,所述域控制器与汽车网关信号连接;在车辆进入稳态行驶,监测诊断边界条件满足后,通过计算各个域对应电子设备的用电功率,并与对应限值进行比较,以确认电子设备是否存在异常电耗;如果存在,则由对应的域控制器进行异常电耗的持续时间进行累计,如果所述持续时间大于累计时间限值,则判定对应域存在电耗异常故障。本发明能提高纯电动车异常电耗监测的准确性,增加用户体验的舒适度。
