The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted hydrogen production hybrid power control system and method and a vehicle, the vehicle-mounted hydrogen production hybrid power control system comprises a hydrogen production unit, a heating unit and a control unit, the heating unit comprises a hydrogen internal combustion engine and a power battery system, and the hydrogen internal combustion engine and the power battery system are both connected with the hydrogen production unit; the control unit is connected with the hydrogen production unit and the heating unit, controls the hydrogen internal combustion engine to provide heat energy of tail gas for the hydrogen production unit and controls the power battery system to provide electric energy for the hydrogen production unit, so that the hydrogen production unit is heated to prepare hydrogen. The mode that the power battery system provides electric energy and the hydrogen internal combustion engine provides heat of tail gas to heat the hydrogen production unit has the advantages of being continuous, stable and easy to control, sufficient hydrogen can be provided for the hydrogen internal combustion engine according to the requirement of the whole vehicle, and therefore the size of the buffer tank can be reduced, meanwhile, waste heat of the tail gas of the hydrogen internal combustion engine can be recycled, and energy is saved. The heat efficiency of the system is improved.

    本申请涉及一种车载制氢混合动力控制系统、方法及车辆,其包括:制氢单元、加热单元和控制单元,加热单元包括氢内燃机和动力电池系统,氢内燃机和动力电池系统均与制氢单元连接;控制单元与制氢单元和加热单元连接,并控制氢内燃机向制氢单元提供尾气的热能、控制动力电池系统向制氢单元提供电能,以使制氢单元加热制备氢气。本发明中,采用动力电池系统提供电能及氢内燃机提供尾气的热量为制氢单元加热的方式具有持续、稳定、易于控制的特点,可以根据整车的需求为氢内燃机提供充足的氢气,从而可减小缓冲罐的尺寸,同时可进行氢内燃机尾气的废热回收,提升系统的热效率。
