The invention provides a honeycomb type non-pneumatic tire with a thickness gradient, the honeycomb type non-pneumatic tire comprises a tire body layer, a honeycomb type supporting spoke and a hub, the honeycomb type supporting spoke comprises reference cell elements which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the hub at equal period N, and the adjacent reference cell elements are connected with each other; each reference cell comprises a first spoke l1, a second spoke l2, a third spoke l3, a fourth spoke l4 and a fifth spoke l5 which are sequentially connected end to end in the radial direction from the hub to the tire body layer, and the thicknesses of the first spoke l1 to the fifth spoke l5 are sequentially decreased in the radial direction from the hub to the tire body layer. According to the honeycomb structure with the gradient function, the elastic modulus, the Poisson's ratio and the density of the structure macroscopically change in a gradient manner in the spatial position through the change of the reference cell microstructure, so that the non-pneumatic tire can have excellent bearing capacity and buffering and damping performance, and the driving comfort of a vehicle can be greatly improved.

    本发明提供了一种具有厚度梯度的蜂窝式非充气轮胎,包括胎体层、蜂窝式支撑轮辐和轮毂,所述蜂窝式支撑轮辐包括沿轮毂圆周方向等周期N均匀分布的基准胞元,相邻所述基准胞元之间相互连接;单个所述基准胞元中包括沿轮毂到胎体层的径向方向上依次首尾连接的第一辐条l1、第二辐条l2、第三辐条l3、第四辐条l4和第五辐条l5,所述第一辐条l1至第五辐条l5的厚度沿轮毂到胎体层的径向方向依次递减。这种具有梯度功能的蜂窝结构通过基准胞元微观结构上的变化,使结构宏观上的弹性模量、泊松比和密度在空间位置上呈现梯度变化,可以使非充气轮胎具有优良的承载能力和缓冲减振性能,能够大大提高车辆行驶的舒适性。
