The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle battery evaluation, and discloses an electric heavy truck power battery health state evaluation method comprising the following steps: S1, obtaining background historical data of an electric heavy truck; s2, processing background historical data, extracting aging characteristics of the battery, and calculating the capacity of the battery; when the battery capacity is calculated, temperature compensation is introduced to correct the battery capacity, and capacity increment change characteristics are extracted; s3, carrying out correlation analysis on the battery aging characteristics and the capacity increment change characteristics, and screening out characteristics with strong correlation; s4, taking the strong correlation features obtained in the step S3 as samples, training a battery SOH prediction model, and obtaining a trained battery SOH prediction model; and S5, acquiring single charging data of the electric heavy truck, inputting the data into the trained battery SOH prediction model, and outputting a battery SOH evaluation result. The method is high in estimation result precision, good in robustness and capable of meeting the real-time requirement. The invention further provides an evaluation system for implementing the method.

    本发明涉及车辆电池评估技术领域,公开了一种电动重卡动力电池健康状态评估方法,包括:S1:获取电动重卡的后台历史数据;S2:对后台历史数据进行处理,提取电池老化特征,并计算电池容量;在计算电池容量时,引入温度补偿修正电池容量,提取容量增量变化特征;S3:对电池老化特征和容量增量变化特征进行相关性分析,筛选出强相关性的特征;S4:将步骤S3获得的强相关性的特征作为样本,对电池SOH预测模型进行训练,获得训练好的电池SOH预测模型;S5:获取电动重卡的单次充电数据并输入训练好的电池SOH预测模型,输出电池SOH评估结果。该方法估计结果精度较高、鲁棒性好并且满足实时性需求。本发明还提供实现上述方法的评估系统。
