The invention discloses a lifting appliance capable of safely lifting wheel shafts with different widths, which belongs to the technical field of lifting equipment and is used for lifting wheel shaft parts with different widths. According to the technical scheme, the two ends of a hoisting steel wire rope are connected with shackles respectively, the two shackles are connected with the upper ends of two lifting hooks respectively, opposite round holes are formed in the middles of the two lifting hooks respectively, the two ends of a supporting rod are inserted into the round holes of the two lifting hooks respectively, the supporting rod is in sliding fit with the round holes, and a plurality of insertion holes are evenly distributed in a rod body of the supporting rod. The distance between the two inserting holes is matched with the thickness of the lifting hooks, the two lifting hooks are located between the two adjacent inserting holes in the two ends of the rod body of the supporting rod respectively, and pins are inserted into the inserting holes in the two sides of the two lifting hooks respectively to enable the two ends of the supporting rod to be connected with the two lifting hooks in a positioning mode. The hoisting device is simple in structure and convenient to use, the conditions of slippage and inclined hoisting of axle parts in the hoisting process can be effectively prevented, potential safety hazards are eliminated, and the safety of operators and equipment below is guaranteed.
