The invention discloses a water unmanned early warning rescue system which comprises an observation mechanism, an unmanned aerial vehicle, a rescue ship, a communication module and a background processing module. The observation mechanism transmits the monitored area image data to the background processing module; the background processing module analyzes whether dangerous behaviors exist or not according to the image data, and if yes, the position information of the dangerous behavior occurrence place is calculated and transmitted to the unmanned aerial vehicle; the unmanned aerial vehicle flies to a corresponding position according to the dangerous behavior occurrence position information and outputs a signal for dissuasing the dangerous behavior; the background processing module further judges whether the current dangerous behavior type is a water falling accident according to the data transmitted by the unmanned aerial vehicle, and if yes, a rescue instruction and water falling accident occurrence position data are transmitted to the rescue boat; and the rescue boat travels to a corresponding position according to the rescue instruction and the position data to carry out drowning rescue. According to the invention, the real-time performance of water unmanned monitoring early warning and rescue can be improved, and image data records can be provided for the early warning process.

    本发明公开了一种水上无人预警救援系统,包括观测机构、无人机、救援船、通信模块和后台处理模块;观测机构将监控区域图像数据传输至后台处理模块;所述后台处理模块根据所述图像数据分析是否有危险行为,若有则计算危险行为发生地位置信息传输至无人机;所述无人机根据所述危险行为发生地位置信息飞行至相应位置处,输出用于劝阻所述危险行为的信号;所述后台处理模块还根据无人机传输的数据判断当前危险行为类型是否为落水事故,若是则向所述救援船传输救援指令和落水事故发生地位置数据;所述救援船根据所述救援指令和位置数据,行至相应位置处进行落水救援。本发明能提高水上无人监控预警及救援的实时性,并能够为预警过程提供图像资料记录。
