According to the method, on the basis of a CIDAS accident library and scene working conditions including various road types, collision forms and collision speeds, key function scenes and key logic parameters are extracted from the CIDAS accident library, marking is carried out again, and a multi-classification accident library for risk assessment is formed. And establishing a driver emergency braking model and an emergency steering model, converting into an optimization problem, and solving parameters of a motion track. And judging which strategy should be adopted at the current moment by judging whether the solution can be solved or not. When real-time system parameters are transmitted in, the safety of the current vehicle can be quickly evaluated.
