The invention provides an on-demand resource allocation method for urban air traffic safety, which mainly solves the problem of collision of personal aircrafts (PAVs) caused by contradiction between resource demand and distribution in the existing UAM, and the implementation scheme is as follows: establishing a communication model between the PAVs and a base station (BS); the sensing reaction duration of the PAVs is calculated, and a three-dimensional safety distance mathematical model related to the sensing reaction duration, the current vehicle speed and the braking capacity factor is established; modeling a three-dimensional safe distance driven resource optimization problem related to communication resources and computing resources; and according to the three-dimensional safe distance mathematical model, minimizing an objective function of a three-dimensional safe distance driving resource optimization problem, and completing distribution of communication resources and computing resources. According to the method, the resource supply and demand contradiction is relieved while the safety in the UAM is improved, the PAVs communication quality is improved, the probability of safety accidents is reduced, and the method can be used for safe travel of urban air traffic.

    本发明提出了一种面向城市空中交通安全的按需资源分配方法,主要解决现有UAM中资源需求与分布之间存在矛盾导致个人飞行器PAVs碰撞的问题,其实现方案为:建立PAVs与基站BS之间的通信模型;计算PAVs的感知反应时长,建立与感知反应时长、当前车速及制动能力因素相关的立体安全距离数学模型;建模与通信资源和计算资源相关的立体安全距离驱动资源优化问题;根据立体安全距离数学模型,最小化立体安全距离驱动资源优化问题的目标函数,完成对通信资源和计算资源的分配。本发明在提高UAM中安全性的同时缓解了资源供需矛盾,提高了PAVs的通信质量,降低了安全事故发生的概率,可用于城市空中交通的安全出行。
