The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles and manned aircrafts, in particular to a method for keeping a dynamic interval between an unmanned aerial vehicle and a manned aircraft in a fusion airspace, which comprises an information transmission interface, and a dynamic interval is in information communication with an airborne system of the unmanned aerial vehicle or the manned aircraft through the information transmission interface. According to the dynamic interval keeping method, a data interface is included and used for being matched with an unmanned aerial vehicle anti-collision system and an unmanned aerial vehicle sensing and avoiding system which have the same functions, and the weather detection system can detect current weather changes in real time. Through instruction cooperation of an automatic control system and a ground control system in an airborne system of the unmanned aerial vehicle or the manned aircraft, when the unmanned aerial vehicle or the manned aircraft lands, whether obstacles and other aircrafts exist in a landing airspace range or not is monitored, and whether factors which are not beneficial to landing exist in a landing auxiliary device or not is monitored; therefore, the problem that the unmanned aerial vehicle or the manned aircraft cannot land safely is solved.

    本公开涉及无人机与载人航空器技术领域,具体为一种融合空域内无人机与载人航空器动态间隔保持的方法,包括信息传输接口,动态间隔通过所述的信息传输接口与无人机或载人航空器的机载系统进行信息互通,所述动态间隔的保持方法中包括数据接口,用来与其它功能相同的无人机防撞系统和无人机感知避让系统匹配,所述气象检测系统会实时检测当前的气象变化。通过在无人机或载人航空器机载系统中的自动控制系统和地面控制系的指令配合使无人机或载人航空器在降落的时候,监测降落空域范围内是否有障碍物和其他飞行器,监测降落辅助装置是否有不利于降落的因素,从而解决了无人机或载人航空器不能安全降落的问题。
