The invention discloses a seawater concentrated heat exchanger self-flow cooling range determination method and a ship, and is applied to a seawater concentrated heat exchanger self-flow cooling range determination system which comprises a controller, a power supply switch, a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, a seawater pump, a seawater concentrated heat exchanger and a fresh water loop, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a fresh water outlet temperature limit value of the seawater centralized heat exchanger; obtaining an initial value of a self-flowing cooling seawater temperature upper limit of the seawater centralized heat exchanger; acquiring seawater temperature and fresh water outlet temperature of the seawater centralized heat exchanger; and judging whether the seawater pump is started or stopped. According to the technical scheme, by measuring the temperature of the seawater inlet and the temperature of the fresh water outlet, the temperature limit value of the seawater cooled by the seawater centralized heat exchanger through self-flowing can be continuously corrected, so that the seawater pump is switched between starting and stopping in good time, efficient operation of a sea cooling system is guaranteed, and good economic value is achieved for ship operation.

    本发明公开了一种海水集中换热器自流冷却范围确定方法及船舶,应用于一种海水集中换热器自流冷却范围确定系统,所述系统包括控制器、供电开关、第一温度传感器、第二温度传感器以及依次连接的海水泵、海水集中换热器和淡水回路,所述方法包括:获取海水集中换热器的淡水出口温度限值;获取海水集中换热器的自流冷却海水温度上限的初始值;获取海水温度和海水集中换热器的淡水出口温度;判断是否启动海水泵或停运海水泵。本发明实施例的技术方案通过测量海水进口温度和淡水出口温度,能够不断修正海水集中换热器自流冷却的海水温度限值,从而实现海水泵适时进行启动和停机的切换,保证了通海冷却系统高效运行,对船舶运行具备良好的经济价值。
