The invention relates to the field of speed reducers, and discloses a heavy-load corrosion-resistant medium-hardened tooth surface speed reducer for offshore oil well hoisting, which comprises a base and a speed reducer shell, the speed reducer shell is fixedly mounted in the base, two sides of the base are fixedly connected with turnover mechanisms, and one side of each turnover mechanism is fixedly connected with a damping foot mechanism. A connecting block and a rubber circular plate are pushed to be attached to the ground through a turnover mechanism, when a speed reducer vibrates, the rubber circular plate buffers part of vibration after being vibrated, meanwhile, a rod column fluctuates up and down due to shaking and drives a connecting buckle to move up and down, and the connecting buckle is limited to only move up and down due to the fact that the connecting buckle is connected with a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate in parallel; and meanwhile, the up-down fluctuation of the connecting buckle is counteracted by the damping arm, the fluctuation amplitude is reduced, by arranging the damping foot mechanism, the fluctuation amplitude is reduced, the running stability of the speed reducer is improved, and then the running efficiency of the crane is improved.

    本发明涉及减速机领域,公开了一种海上油井起重用重载耐腐蚀中硬齿面减速机,包括底座和减速机外壳,所述底座的内部固定安装有减速机外壳,所述底座的两侧固定连接有翻转机构,所述翻转机构的一侧固定连接有减振脚机构。本发明通过翻转机构推动连接块,橡胶圆板贴合地面,在减速机振动时,橡胶圆板受到振动后缓冲一部分振动,同时杆柱受到晃动上下起伏,带动连接扣上下起伏运动,连接扣由于是被第一支板和第二支板平行连接,限制连接扣只能上下移动,避免过多减振过程中侧向晃动,同时连接扣上下起伏经过阻尼臂的抵消,缩小起伏幅度,通过设置减振脚机构,实现缩小晃动幅度,提高减速机运行的稳定性,进而提高起重机运行效率。
