The invention provides a mine tire tread formula and a preparation method, and belongs to the technical field of rubber processing.The mine tire tread formula is prepared from, by mass, 0-100 parts of natural rubber, 0-100 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 0-10 parts of cut-resistant resin, 0-80 parts of carbon black, 1-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid and 0.5-2 parts of protective wax. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent RD, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent 4020, 1-3 parts of an accelerant CZ, 0.5-3 parts of sulfur powder and 0-0.4 part of a scorch retarder. According to the invention, the elongation and the cutting resistance of the tread rubber are improved, the capability of resisting cutting and puncturing of sharp ores of the tire tread is improved, and the service life of the tire in a severe use environment of a metal mine area is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种矿山轮胎胎面配方和制备方法,属于橡胶加工技术领域,该矿山轮胎胎面配方包括以下质量份数的成分组成:天然橡胶为0‑100份,溶聚丁苯橡胶为0‑100份,耐切割树脂0‑10份,炭黑0‑80份,氧化锌为1—5份,硬脂酸为1—3份,防护蜡为0.5—2份,防老剂RD为1—3份,防老剂4020为1—3份,促进剂CZ为1—3份,硫黄粉为0.5—3份,防焦剂为0‑0.4份。本发明提升了胎面胶料的伸长率和耐切割性能,提高了轮胎胎面抗拒尖锐矿石切割穿刺的能力,延长轮胎在金属矿矿区恶劣使用环境中的使用寿命。
