The invention relates to the technical field of self-lifting crane turnover, in particular to a self-lifting crane turnover device and a turnover method.The self-lifting crane turnover device comprises a container and a mounting platform, a self-lifting crane is arranged in the container, and the self-lifting crane turnover device further comprises a lifting mechanism used for lifting the self-lifting crane to the mounting platform; the lifting mechanism comprises a pulley assembly, a steel wire rope and a winch mounted in the container, the pulley assembly comprises a pulley yoke mounted at the top of the mounting platform, a fifth pulley and a sixth pulley are arranged on the pulley yoke, a fourth pulley and a seventh pulley are rotationally mounted at the front end of the mounting platform, and a first pulley is rotationally mounted in the container; the steel wire rope extends out of the winch, sequentially bypasses the first pulley, the fourth pulley, the fifth pulley, the sixth pulley and the seventh pulley, and then is wound into the bottom cylinder and the suspension arm to be fixed with the lifting hook; an air cylinder is omitted, the overall self weight of the self-lifting crane can be greatly reduced, the complexity of the turning process is reduced, the self-lifting crane is more convenient, safer and more reliable, and the overall cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及自提升吊机翻身技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种自提升吊机翻身装置及翻身方法,包括集装箱、安装平台、集装箱内设有自提升吊机,还包括用于将自提升吊机提升至安装平台的提升机构,提升机构包括滑轮组件、钢丝绳和安装在集装箱内的绞车,滑轮组件包括安装在安装平台顶部的滑轮架,滑轮架上设有第五滑轮、第六滑轮,安装平台前端转动安装有第四滑轮和第七滑轮,集装箱内转动安装有第一滑轮;钢丝绳从绞车伸出依次绕过第一滑轮、第四滑轮、第五滑轮、第六滑轮和第七滑轮,再绕进底筒、吊臂内与吊钩固定;本发明省去了气缸,可大大降低了自提升吊机整体的自重,降低了翻身过程的复杂程度,使其更加便捷、安全可靠,降低了整体费用。
