The invention discloses a hoisting mechanism, which belongs to the technical field of hoisting machinery and comprises a high-position anchor point, a steel wire rope and a hoisting unit, the high-position anchor point is arranged at a high position, the winch unit comprises a winch and a hoisting structure, the lower end of the steel wire rope is wound around the winch, the upper end of the steel wire rope is fixed to the high-position anchor point, and the hoisting structure is installed on the winch; a traditional overhead mode of a hoisting mechanism is changed, the hoisting mechanism, namely a winch in the hoisting mechanism, is directly connected to a heavy object, the hoisting mechanism and the heavy object are lifted together through one or more steel wire ropes, and many construction procedures of the traditional hoisting mechanism are omitted, for example, components of the hoisting mechanism are manually carried to the high position; the components are lifted to the high position by means of other built hoisting mechanisms, or the components are jacked to the high position step by step by means of a hydraulic jacking mechanism, and the building difficulty is undoubtedly increased by means of the methods.
