The invention discloses a low-position lifting device for a local lifting structure. The low-position lifting device comprises a cork base truss beam assembly, two first standard knot assemblies, a second standard knot assembly, a jacking transfer beam assembly and a lifting part assembly. The cork base truss beam assembly and the two first standard knot assemblies are installed on the foundation platform assembly, the cork base truss beam assembly is located between the two first standard knot assemblies, the lifting part assembly is installed at the upper ends of the first standard knot assemblies and connected with the cork base truss beam assembly, and the jacking transfer beam assembly is located between the two first standard knot assemblies and connected with the lifting part assembly. The lifting part assemblies are started, then the two lifting part assemblies synchronously lift the bottom support truss beam assembly upwards from the low position, the bottom support truss beam assembly is provided with the second standard knot assembly, a local high structure segment of a lifted object is directly lifted upwards, many troubles caused by building of an ultrahigh gantry type lifting support are avoided, and the lifting efficiency is improved. Therefore, low-position lifting is achieved, and the height for lifting the first standard knot assembly is reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于局部高起结构的低位提升装置,包括:底托桁架梁总成、两个第一标准节总成、第二标准节总成、顶托转换梁总成以及提升部总成。底托桁架梁总成、两个第一标准节总成安装在基础承台总成,底托桁架梁总成位于两个第一标准节总成之间,提升部总成安装在第一标准节总成的上端,并与底托桁架梁总成连接,顶托转换梁总成则处于两个第一标准节总成之间,启动提升部总成,进而两个提升部总成则同步将底托桁架梁总成从低位向上提升,底托桁架梁总成上具有第二标准节总成,被提物局部高起结构片段就直接向上提升起来,避免搭建超高龙门式提升支架所带来的诸多麻烦,从而实现了“低位提升”,从而降低了提升第一标准节总成的高度。
