The limit safety device comprises an elevator shaft, a traction machine, a traction steel wire rope, a lift car, a buffer, a limit switch, a composite controller and a switch trigger plate, the buffer is correspondingly arranged below the lift car, and the switch trigger plate is elastically connected to the side wall of the elevator shaft. The limit switch is arranged on the side wall of the elevator shaft on the inner side of the switch trigger plate, the composite controller comprises a seat body, a lifting plate, a control rod, an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting rod, the lifting plate is slidably connected to one opposite side wall of the seat body, a second elastic component is arranged below the lifting plate, and a first elastic component is arranged between the control rod and the lifting plate; the top end of the control rod penetrates through the top face of the base body and then extends out and is higher than the top end of the buffer. Compared with the prior art, the action of the limit switch is controlled in advance in a mechanical mode, the composite controller assists the buffer to realize braking, and the braking distance is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种航空火箭架电梯的极限安全装置,包括:电梯井道、曳引机、曳引钢丝绳、轿厢、缓冲器、极限开关、复合控制器和开关触发板,缓冲器位置对应设置在轿厢下方,开关触发板弹性连接在电梯井道侧壁上,极限开关设置在开关触发板内侧的电梯井道侧壁上,复合控制器包括座体、升降板、控制杆、上连杆和下连杆,升降板滑动连接在座体的一相对侧壁上,升降板下方设置有第二弹性部件,控制杆和升降板之间设置有第一弹性部件,控制杆顶端穿过座体顶面后伸出,控制杆顶端的高度大于缓冲器顶端的高度。本发明相较于现有技术,通过机械方式提前控制极限开关动作,且复合控制器辅助缓冲器实现制动,缩短制动距离。
