The invention discloses a test flight device for unmanned aerial vehicle manufacturing, and relates to the field of unmanned aerial vehicle test flight, the test flight device comprises an electric control base, the upper surface of the electric control base is provided with a protective shell, the interior of the protective shell is divided into a test flight cavity and a driving cavity through a partition plate, the center of the upper surface of the partition plate is integrally provided with a boss, and the interior of the driving cavity is symmetrically provided with two mounting seats; vertical plates are integrally connected to the upper surfaces of the ends, close to each other, of the two mounting bases, a traction assembly is arranged between the two vertical plates, the traction end of the traction assembly penetrates through the partition plate and the boss to be connected with a mounting plate, the mounting plate is mounted below a shell of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and fixing assemblies are arranged in the two mounting bases. According to the test flight simulation device, the flight suspension stability and the takeoff and landing stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle in different wind directions, high-temperature and low-temperature environments can be simulated, the test flight effect is enhanced, and the manufacturing qualification of the unmanned aerial vehicle is better judged.

    本发明公开了一种无人机制造用试飞装置,涉及无人机试飞领域,包括电控底座,电控底座的上表面安装有防护壳,防护壳的内部通过隔板分为试飞腔和驱动腔,隔板的上表面中央处一体式设有凸台,驱动腔的内部对称设有两个安装座,两个安装座靠近的一端上表面均一体式连接有竖板,两个竖板之间设有牵引组件,牵引组件的牵引端贯穿隔板和凸台连接有安装板,安装板安装在无人机的机壳下方,两个安装座的内部均设有固定组件,两个固定组件的插接端均与牵引组件相连接,本申请可以模拟在不同风向、高温以及低温环境中无人机飞行悬空的稳定性以及起落的平稳性,增强试飞的效果,更好的判断其制造的合格性。
