The invention discloses a sea buoy system for wave energy and photovoltaic power generation. The sea buoy system comprises a meteorological monitoring device, a buoy main body and a mooring device, the buoy main body comprises a floating body suspended on the sea surface; the counterweight seat is arranged below the floating body; the power generation module comprises a photovoltaic power generation module and a wave power generation module, and the photovoltaic power generation module comprises a plurality of photovoltaic panels which are vertically distributed on the mast frame; the sea wave power generation module comprises a sea wave power generation unit and at least two pressure wells vertically penetrating through the buoy body. And the power storage module is used for storing the electric quantity of the power generation module and discharging the meteorological monitoring device. The problems that an offshore buoy is short in service life and complex to maintain when collecting and monitoring meteorological data are solved. The balance weight seat is convenient for an operator to maintain on the buoy; the power generation module generates power to enhance the conversion effect of electric energy; the electricity is stably discharged to the meteorological monitoring device through the electricity storage module, and the service life of the buoy for monitoring the weather is prolonged.

    一种波浪能和光伏发电的海上浮标系统,包括气象监测装置,浮标主体,系泊装置;所述浮标主体包括悬浮于海面的浮体;其中还包括:设于所述浮体下方的配重座;发电模块,包括光伏发电模块和海浪发电模块,所述光伏发电模块包括多个设于桅杆架上的竖向分布的光伏板;所述海浪发电模块包括海浪发电机组和至少两个竖向贯穿于所述浮标主体的压力井;储电模块,用于储存所述发电模块的电量并为所述气象监测装置放电。用于解决海上浮标在采集监测气象数据时使用寿命短,维护复杂的问题;通过所述配重座便于操作人员在浮标上的维护;通过发电模块发电,加强电能的转化效果;通过储电模块稳定放电至所述气象监测装置,延长浮标监测气象的使用寿命。
