The intelligent driving assistance method comprises the steps that automobile speed information of an adjacent automobile of a target automobile is obtained; wherein the adjacent vehicles comprise a front adjacent vehicle, a left lane adjacent vehicle and/or a right lane adjacent vehicle; obtaining the lane type of the current lane of the target vehicle and the lane type of the adjacent lane; wherein the adjacent lanes comprise an adjacent left lane and/or an adjacent right lane; and based on the vehicle speed information of the adjacent vehicle, the lane type of the current lane of the target vehicle and the lane type of the adjacent lane, judging whether the target vehicle can go straight to pass through the intersection. According to the invention, the problem in the prior art that the traffic light runs the red light unintentionally or the green light does not pass through the intersection in time due to sight shielding is solved.
