The invention relates to a heavy truck curve rollover early warning method and system based on vehicle-road cooperation, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, calculating the estimated value of the rollover degree of a vehicle and the maximum safety speed of passing through a curve, and if the estimated value of the rollover degree is not greater than an early warning threshold value, judging whether the vehicle is rollover or not; the rollover risk does not exist, but the driving speed of the vehicle passing through the curve is not greater than the maximum safety speed; if the estimated value of the rollover degree is greater than an early warning threshold value, the rollover risk exists, the minimum safe distance and the distance between the vehicle and the entrance of the curve are calculated respectively, and if the distance is not smaller than the minimum safe distance, the driver is reminded of the rollover risk, and the vehicle decelerates to be not greater than the maximum safe speed before entering the curve; otherwise, the vehicle is decelerated to be not larger than the maximum safety speed before entering the curve by reducing the output torque of the engine while the driver is reminded of the rollover risk. According to the method, whether the rollover risk exists when the vehicle passes through the curve is predicted according to the estimated value of the rollover degree, and guidance is provided for deceleration operation of a driver on the basis of the maximum safety speed and the minimum safety distance.
本发明为基于车路协同的重型载货汽车弯道侧翻预警方法及系统,该方法首先计算车辆的侧倾程度估计值和经过弯道的最大安全速度,若侧倾程度估计值不大于预警阈值,则不存在侧翻风险但是经过弯道的行驶速度应不大于最大安全速度;若侧倾程度估计值大于预警阈值,则存在侧翻风险,分别计算最小安全距离和车辆与弯道入口的间距,若间距不小于最小安全距离,则提醒驾驶员有侧翻风险,车辆在进入弯道前减速至不大于最大安全速度;否则,在提醒驾驶员有侧翻风险的同时通过减小发动机的输出扭矩,使车辆在进入弯道前减速至不大于最大安全速度。该方法不仅根据侧倾程度估计值预测车辆经过弯道是否存在侧翻风险,而且以最大安全速度与最小安全距离为依据,为驾驶员减速操作提供指导意见。
