The invention discloses a fuel heater control method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of fuel heaters, the fuel heater control method and device are applied to a target vehicle, a fuel heater and a plurality of temperature sensors are arranged in the target vehicle, and the temperature sensors are arranged at different positions of the target vehicle. The fuel heater control method comprises the steps that the actual in-vehicle temperature of a target vehicle is collected based on all temperature sensors, and initial working parameters of a fuel heater are obtained; an initial in-vehicle temperature smaller than a preset temperature threshold value is screened out from all the actual in-vehicle temperatures; determining a target in-vehicle temperature according to each initial in-vehicle temperature, and determining a temperature difference between the target in-vehicle temperature and a preset temperature threshold; determining a target working parameter according to the initial working parameter and the temperature difference; and controlling the fuel heater to adjust the initial working parameters into the target working parameters. The problem that in the prior art, a fuel heater control mode is poor in control flexibility is solved.
