The invention provides a community safety monitoring method and system based on 5G and Internet of Things satellites, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining and analyzing an Internet of Things satellite remote sensing image corresponding to a community based on the position information of the community, obtaining the traffic real-time information of an area nearby the community, and generating a traffic real-time map, thereby carrying out the accurate and visual representation of the traffic condition of the nearby area; images in the community are shot and analyzed, whether a safety accident occurs in the community is judged, and a notification message is generated based on the occurrence position information of the safety accident and is sent to the service platform, so that the service platform can master the safety condition in the community in time; and the driving path information corresponding to the rescue vehicle dispatched to the community is determined based on the traffic condition map, so that the voice navigation information is generated, reliable and accurate navigation guidance can be provided for the rescue vehicle in the process of driving to the community, and the efficiency and reliability of safety monitoring and rescue in the community are improved.

    本发明提供基于5G与物联网卫星的社区安全监控方法和系统,其基于社区的位置信息,获取与分析社区对应的物联网卫星遥感影像,得到社区附近区域的交通实况信息,并生成交通实况地图,从而对附近区域的交通情况进行准确直观的表征;再拍摄与分析社区内部影像,判断社区内部是否发生安全事故,并基于安全事故的发生位置信息,生成通知消息,以此发送至服务平台,便于服务平台及时掌握社区内部的安全情况;还基于交通实况地图,确定向社区派遣救援车辆对应的行驶路径信息,以此生成语音导航信息,便于对救援车辆行驶前往社区过程中提供可靠准确的导航指引,提高对社区内部安全监控和救援的效率和可靠性。
