The light magnesium alloy automobile hub is prepared from pure magnesium, pure zinc, a magnesium-zirconium intermediate alloy, a magnesium-antimony intermediate alloy, a magnesium-cerium intermediate alloy, a magnesium-manganese-lanthanum alloy and modified boron carbide. The magnesium-zirconium intermediate alloy is an Mg-30wt.% Zr intermediate alloy, the magnesium-antimony intermediate alloy is an Mg-10wt.% Sb intermediate alloy, the magnesium-cerium intermediate alloy is an Mg-20wt.% Ce intermediate alloy, and the magnesium-manganese-lanthanum alloy is an Mg96Mn3La1 alloy. The magnesium alloy comprises the following elements in percentage by weight: 3%-5% of Zn, 0.8%-1.0% of Zr, 0.3%-0.7% of Sb, 3%-6% of Ce, 0.6%-0.9% of Mn, 0.2%-0.3% of La, 0.3%-0.4% of modified boron carbide and the balance of Mg. The magnesium alloy prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has higher tensile strength, shows good mechanical properties, is not easy to deform and crack during use, and reduces the maintenance cost.

    本发明公开了一种轻型镁合金汽车轮毂,原料包括纯镁、纯锌、镁‑锆中间合金、镁‑锑中间合金、镁‑铈中间合金、镁‑锰‑镧合金和改性碳化硼;所述镁‑锆中间合金为Mg‑30wt.%Zr中间合金,镁‑锑中间合金为Mg‑10wt.%Sb中间合金,镁‑铈中间合金为Mg‑20wt.%Ce中间合金,镁‑锰‑镧合金为Mg96Mn3La1合金。所述镁合金各元素按重量百分比计为:Zn 3%~5%,Zr 0.8%~1.0%,Sb 0.3%~0.7%,Ce 3%~6%,Mn 0.6%~0.9%,La 0.2%~0.3%,改性碳化硼0.3%~0.4%,其余为Mg。采用本发明所述方法制备的镁合金具有较高的抗拉强度,表现为良好的力学性能,使用时不易发生变形开裂,减少了维修维护成本。
