The invention relates to super high-rise building cable vertical laying hoisting equipment and a hoisting method thereof.The hoisting equipment comprises a winch, a main steel wire rope, an auxiliary steel wire rope, a cable sling and a plurality of locking clamps, the upper end of the main steel wire rope is arranged on a winding drum of the winch, and the upper end of the auxiliary steel wire rope is connected to the lower end of the main steel wire rope in a hung mode; and the locking clamp is used for fixing the cable on the auxiliary steel wire rope at intervals in the gradual lifting process of the cable. On the basis of a traditional hoisting mode, the auxiliary steel wire rope is additionally arranged and hung on the main steel wire rope, so that synchronous hoisting can be achieved, the cable is fixed to the auxiliary steel wire rope through the locking clamps at intervals, and the auxiliary steel wire rope can bear the gravity of the cable in a segmented mode; the influence of the dead weight of the cable on the structure of the cable is greatly reduced, and the laying height of the cable can be greatly increased, so that the requirements of super high-rise buildings are met.

    本申请涉及一种超高层建筑电缆垂直敷设吊装设备及其吊装方法,吊装设备包括卷扬机、主钢丝绳、辅助钢丝绳、电缆吊具和多个锁紧夹具,主钢丝绳上端设置在卷扬机的卷筒上,辅助钢丝绳的上端挂接在主钢丝绳的下端,锁紧夹具用于在电缆逐步提升过程中,每隔一段距离将电缆固定在辅助钢丝绳上。本申请在传统吊装方式的基础上,增加了辅助钢丝绳,辅助钢丝绳挂接在主钢丝绳上,所以能够同步提升,每隔一段距离利用锁紧夹具将电缆固定在辅助钢丝绳上,所以辅助钢丝绳能够分段承担电缆的重力,大幅减小电缆自重对电缆自身结构的影响,能大幅增加电缆的敷设高度,从而满足超高层建筑的需要。
