The invention provides a plate-net combined type microgravity fluid full management device and an assembling method, and belongs to the technical field of microgravity fluid management. The management device comprises a liquid collecting and storing assembly, a liquid guiding assembly, a gas discharging assembly and a fixed connecting assembly. The liquid collecting and storing assembly and the connecting base are located at the top end and the bottom end of the management device respectively, and the liquid guiding assemblies are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the connecting axis of the liquid collecting and storing assembly and the connecting base and fixedly connected with the anti-shaking plate and the connecting base through the self-locking screw joint assemblies at the bottom, the middle lower portion and the top of the device respectively. The liquid collecting and storing assembly is connected with the liquid guiding assembly in a welded mode, and the gas discharging assembly is connected with the connecting base in a welded mode. The liquid collecting and storing assembly and the liquid guiding assembly can achieve pure liquid supply under all-directional maneuvering overload working conditions of the spacecraft, the gas discharging assembly can achieve gas discharging and liquid blocking before pressure reducing and supplementing of a storage container air cushion, and the fixed connecting assembly can effectively improve the overload capacity of the management device for resisting the carrying launching section.

    本发明提供了微重力液体管理技术领域一种板网复合式微重力流体全管理装置及装配方法,管理装置包括液体收集与蓄留组件、液体导向组件、气体泄出组件和固定连接组件。液体收集与蓄留组件和连接座分别位于管理装置顶端和底端,液体导向组件沿液体收集与蓄留组件和连接座连接轴线周向均布,并且分别在装置底部、中下部和顶部通过自锁螺接组件与防晃板和连接座固定连接,液体收集与蓄留组件与液体导向组件焊接连接,气体泄出组件与连接座焊接连接。液体收集与蓄留组件和液体导向组件可实现航天器各向机动过载工况下的纯液体供给,气体泄出组件可实现贮存容器气垫降压补加前的放气阻液,固定连接组件可有效提高管理装置抗运载发射段过载能力。
