The invention provides an aircraft spar and a forming method thereof, and relates to the technical field of aircraft main supporting pieces. The invention relates to an aircraft spar which is made of a composite material, and a reinforcement of the composite material is carbon fiber and glass fiber; the wing spar comprises a web plate and an edge strip; the edge strip is vertically connected with the side of the web; a supporting area is arranged at the end of the web, a grid rib plate is connected to the inner side of the supporting area, the supporting area is connected with a metal piece, and the metal piece is connected with an aircraft fuselage. The problems that in the prior art, a wing spar made of metal materials is heavy in overall mass; when the end part is connected with a metal piece, the structural rigidity is low; and electrochemical corrosion exists between the metal piece and the end part of the spar. The spar is made of the composite material, and the overall mass is light; the inner side of the supporting area of the web is connected with the grid rib plate, so that the structural rigidity of the product is improved; after the metal part is connected with the fuselage of the aircraft, electrochemical corrosion between the metal part and the end part is avoided.

    本发明提供一种飞行器翼梁及其成型方法,涉及飞行器主支撑件的技术领域。一种飞行器翼梁,翼梁采用复合材料制作而成,复合材料增强体为碳纤维、玻璃纤维;翼梁包括腹板及缘条;缘条垂直连接腹板的侧面;腹板的端部设有支撑区域,在支撑区域的内侧连接网格筋板,支撑区域与金属件连接,金属件与飞行器机身连接。解决了现有技术中,金属材料的翼梁整体质量重;端部连接金属件时,结构刚度低;金属件与翼梁的端部之间存在电化学腐蚀的技术问题。本发明的翼梁采用复合材料制作而成,整体质量轻;腹板的支撑区域内侧连有网格筋板,提高了产品的结构刚度;与飞行器的机身连接后,避免了金属件与端部之间的电化学腐蚀。
