The invention relates to a method for installing a steam heating coil of an oil tank for a ship. The method comprises the following steps of: sorting a heating coil system and a bracket of each oil tank; according to a ship body structure frame in each oil tank, the heating coil pipe systems in the same structure frame are connected into a module according to the position sequence in the corresponding drawing; according to the actual installation state of the heating coil, the space positions of all pipe systems of the modules are standardized, and the modules are connected; carrying out an overall strength test on the modules; in the ship block manufacturing stage, the heating coil pipe prefabricated module is pre-buried and installed, and after the heating coil pipe system in each oil tank is installed, a tightness test is carried out on the whole. By means of the installation method, the problem that welding cannot be conducted in the pipeline installation process due to the fact that the space of a ship bottom section is narrow and a ship body structure is complex can be effectively solved, and the installation efficiency and quality of the heating coil pipe are improved.

    本发明涉及一种船用油舱蒸汽加热盘管安装的方法,包括:对每个油舱的加热盘管管系和支架分类整理;根据各油舱内船体结构框架,将位于同一结构框内的加热盘管管系按相应图纸中的位置顺序连接成模块;依据加热盘管的实际安装状态,对上述模块规范各管系之间的空间位置并连接;对上述模块进行整体强度试验;船舶分段制造阶段将上述加热盘管预制模块进行预埋安装,个油舱内的加热盘管管系安装完毕后整体进行密性试验。通过本发明的安装方法可以有效解决船舶底部分段因空间狭小、船体结构复杂而导致的管路安装过程中不能施焊的问题,提高了加热盘管的安装效率及质量。
