The invention discloses a coplanar flexible electrostatic adsorption device and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electrostatic adsorption, the coplanar flexible electrostatic adsorption device comprises a dielectric layer, an electrode layer and an insulating substrate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and adhesive materials are filled in gaps of the electrode layer and between the electrode layer and the insulating substrate. The dielectric layer and the insulating substrate are fixed through an adhesive material, the electrode layer comprises two electrodes, the two electrodes are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a high-voltage direct-current power supply respectively, and the dielectric layer, the electrode layer, the adhesive material and the insulating substrate are all made of flexible materials. The flexible electrostatic adsorption device with the coplanar configuration, which is manufactured by using the manufacturing method of the flexible electrostatic adsorption device with the coplanar configuration, is good in surface fitting property and high in environmental adaptability.

    本发明公开了一种共面构型的柔性静电吸附装置及其制作方法,涉及静电吸附技术领域,共面构型的柔性静电吸附装置包括从上至下依次排列的介电层、电极层和绝缘基底,电极层的空隙处、以及电极层与绝缘基底之间填充有粘附材料,介电层和绝缘基底之间通过粘附材料固定,电极层包括两个电极,两个电极分别接入高压直流电源的正极和负极,介电层、电极层、粘附材料和绝缘基底均为柔性材料制成。使用共面构型的柔性静电吸附装置的制作方法制作的共面构型的柔性静电吸附装置表面贴合性好,环境适应性高。
