The upper surface of the lifting platform is provided with a wheel groove corresponding to a front wheel of an electric bicycle in size. The clamping mechanism comprises two clamping plates located on the two sides of the wheel groove, and the two clamping plates can move towards the inner side or the outer side at the same time so as to clamp or loosen the front wheel of the electric bicycle. The photovoltaic module is integrally installed at the top end of the supporting frame. The photovoltaic module comprises a plurality of photovoltaic panels, an installation frame, a sunlight sensor and a stepping motor. The plurality of photovoltaic panels are fixedly mounted on the mounting rack, and the mounting rack is rotatably mounted at the top end of the supporting frame through a rotating shaft; the sunlight sensor is used for sensing the current illumination direction, and the stepping motor is used for controlling the installation frame and the photovoltaic panels to rotate integrally.
