The invention relates to an active discharging system and method for a new energy automobile, the active discharging system comprises a high-voltage end control system, a low-voltage end control system and a heating load switch loop, the high-voltage end control system is connected with the low-voltage end control system through a digital isolator, the heating load switch loop is connected with the high-voltage end control system, and the high-voltage end control system is connected with the low-voltage end control system through a digital isolator. The high-voltage end control system and the low-voltage end control system are powered by independent power supplies respectively, and the high-voltage end control system is powered by a high-voltage power-taking DCDC power supply circuit. According to the system and the method, after the heater system receives an active discharge instruction of the VCU of the whole vehicle, the high-voltage active discharge function can be realized by automatically starting the heating load switch loop without depending on the state of a low-voltage control system, and the discharge voltage state and the thermal event state are continuously monitored in the discharge process, so that the discharge safety is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车主动放电系统及放电方法,包括:高压端控制系统、低压端控制系统以及加热负载开关回路,所述高压端控制系统通过数字隔离器与所述低压端控制系统连接,所述加热负载开关回路与所述高压端控制系统连接,所述高压端控制系统、所述低压端控制系统分别采用独立电源供电,所述高压端控制系统的供电采用高压取电DCDC电源电路。本系统及方法当加热器系统接收整车VCU主动放电指令后,完全不依赖于低压控制系统的状态,可自主通过启动加热负载开关回路实现高压主动放电功能,并且在放电的过程中持续监控放电电压状态及热事件状态,保证放电的安全。
