The invention discloses a method for controlling an oil-gas isolating valve in a high-pressure oil tank, which comprises the following steps of: S1, judging that an enabling precondition for opening the oil-gas isolating valve is met and an interruption phenomenon does not exist; s2, the oil-gas isolation valve receives a control signal; s3, the oil-gas isolation valve is opened or closed, the counter starts timing, whether the oil-gas isolation valve can correctly respond to the control request or not is detected, pressure relief is completed within the calibration time t, and if yes, the oil-gas isolation valve can correctly respond to the control request; and S4, if the oil-gas isolation valve cannot complete pressure relief within the calibration time t, determining that the oil-gas isolation valve has a clamping stagnation fault. The invention further discloses an oil-gas isolation valve control device in the high-pressure oil tank and a computer system. The system pressure of the fuel tank is adjusted so that the fuel tank pressure can be within a safe range, meanwhile, the requirements for normal carbon tank desorption and evaporation leakage diagnosis are met, and the system can be widely applied to the fields of PHEV and REV.

    本发明公开了一种高压油箱中的油气隔离阀控制方法,包括如下步骤:S1、判断满足打开油气隔离阀的使能前提条件,并且无中断现象;S2、油气隔离阀接收控制信号;S3、打开或关闭油气隔离阀,计数器开始计时,检测油气隔离阀是否能正确响应控制请求并在标定时间t内完成泄压,如果可以完成,则油气隔离阀能正确响应控制请求;S4、如果油气隔离阀不能在标定时间t内完成泄压,则油气隔离阀有卡滞故障。本发明还公开了一种高压油箱中的油气隔离阀控制装置和计算机系统。本发明调节油箱系统压力使油箱压力处在安全范围,同时满足了正常碳罐脱附和蒸发泄露诊断的需求,可以广泛应用于PHEV和REV领域。
