The noise reduction tire comprises an outer tire, an inner tire and a noise reduction structure, an annular cavity structure is arranged between the inner wall of the outer tire and the outer wall of the inner tire, the noise reduction structure is annularly arranged on the cavity structure and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the outer tire, and the noise reduction structure is provided with a resonant cavity and a sound transmission channel; the resonant cavity is communicated with the cavity structure through the sound transmission channel. According to the noise reduction tire and the wheel, the problem that the noise of the tire is large when an automobile runs is solved.
