The invention belongs to the technical field of arm supports, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a reinforced composite material arm support, which comprises the following steps of: bending a steel plate into a shape corresponding to the section of the arm support by using a bending machine, welding a gap, and polishing a welding seam; then the steel arm support is installed on the rack; pouring the prepared resin glue solution into a glue dipping tank; then winding the carbon fiber covered with the resin in the gum dipping tank on a core mold; a carbon fiber composite material layer is prepared, and carbon fibers are wound on the surface of the steel boom after passing through a gum dipping tank; the wound arm support is put into a drying oven to be cured and heated, finally, the arm support is naturally cooled to the room temperature, and therefore the single suspension arm made of the reinforced composite material is obtained. A plurality of single lifting arms are matched and combined to obtain a complete reinforced composite material arm support; and the corresponding reinforced composite cantilever crane can be quickly and safely obtained. When the carbon fiber material is applied to the arm support, the overall performance of the arm support can be improved, and the operation height, the operation range and the load weight can be improved.

    本发明属于臂架技术领域,尤其为一种加强型复合材料臂架的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:使用折弯机将钢板折成臂架截面相应形状,焊接缝隙、打磨焊缝;然后将钢材臂架安装在机架上;再将调配好的树脂胶液倒入浸胶槽中;之后将浸胶槽中沾满树脂后的碳纤维缠绕到芯模上;制备碳纤维复合材料层,将碳纤维通过浸胶槽然后在钢材臂架表面进行缠绕;将缠绕好的臂架放入烘箱进行固化升温,最后自然冷却至室温,从而得到加强型复合材料的单个吊臂;多个单个吊臂配套组合,即可得到完整的加强型复合材料臂架;可快速安全的得到相应的加强型复合臂架。其中将碳纤维材料应用于臂架当中可以提升臂架整体性能,提升作业高度、作业范围以及载荷重量。
