The invention discloses a 100V S4R circuit for a spacecraft, which belongs to the technical field of satellite power supply equipment, and is characterized by comprising a shunt tube, a protection tube, a charging tube, a BEA for controlling the working state of the charging tube, and an MEA for controlling the working state of the shunt tube, wherein the positive electrode of the solar cell array is connected with the positive electrode of the 100V bus through the first diode in sequence; the anode of the solar cell array is grounded through the shunt tube and the protection tube in sequence and is connected with the cathode of the solar cell array; the anode of the solar cell array is connected with the anode of the storage battery pack through a third diode and a charging switch in sequence; the protection tube is connected with a first driving circuit; the second driving circuit is connected with the shunt tube, the charging tube, the BEA and the MEA. According to the 100V main bus, the reliability requirement of a high-power satellite on the 100V main bus can be met, and a high-reliability and high-power 100V main bus is provided for a high-power satellite power supply system.
