According to the ground target, a base is rotationally connected with a first rotating disc, the first rotating disc is fixedly connected with symmetrically-distributed arc-shaped plates, the arc-shaped plate on one side is fixedly connected with symmetrically-distributed first fixing rods, a connecting plate is fixedly connected between the symmetrically-distributed first fixing rods, the symmetrically-distributed first fixing rods are rotationally connected with a rotating rod, and the rotating rod is fixedly connected with a rotating plate; the side, away from the rotating rod, of the rotating plate is fixedly connected with symmetrically-distributed fixing columns, the rotating plate is provided with a target, and the rotating rod is rotationally connected with symmetrically-distributed rotating discs. Through the characteristic that the rotating disc and the first heavy block are perpendicular to the ground, the rotating plate and the target are made to adapt to the ground with any inclination angle, the rotating plate and the target are made to be parallel to the horizontal plane, and through cooperation of the first U-shaped frame and the rotating plate, the rotating plate is fixed to the position parallel to the horizontal plane; the accuracy of the takeoff and landing position and the photographing mark position of the unmanned aerial vehicle is ensured.
