The invention relates to an over-top-prevention two-stage range-extending type three-component stress meter and a use method thereof. A guide mounting rod is fixedly connected to the left end of a stress meter main body; in the Z-direction jacking mechanism, a first-stage Z-direction plunger is assembled in a Z-direction oil cylinder in a sliding mode and limited through a Z-direction oil cylinder end cover. The second-stage Z-direction plunger is assembled in an inner cavity of the first-stage Z-direction plunger in a sliding mode and limited through a Z-direction inner limiting ring and a Z-direction second-stage guide ring. The Z-direction elastic sheet is fixedly connected to the upper end of the second-stage Z-direction plunger; the X-direction jacking mechanism and the Z-direction jacking mechanism are the same in structure. In the Y-direction jacking mechanism, a Y-direction plunger is assembled in a Y-direction oil cylinder in a sliding mode, and Y-direction limiting is conducted through a Y-direction oil cylinder end cover. The Y-direction elastic sheet is fixedly connected to the right end of the Y-direction plunger; the method comprises the steps of drilling; mounting is conducted; the secondary plunger in the Z/X direction completely extends out through oil injection and pressurization, and the plunger in the Y direction completely extends out; and limiting and pressure maintaining. According to the stress and the method, the limiting and pressure maintaining functions can be realized, and the monitoring precision of the coal rock stress is improved.

    一种防过顶二级增程式三分量应力计及使用方法,导向安装杆固定连接在应力计主体的左端;Z向顶升机构中,一级Z向柱塞滑动地装配于Z向油缸中,并通过Z向油缸端盖进行限位;二级Z向柱塞滑动地装配于一级Z向柱塞的内腔中,并通过Z向内限位环与Z向二级导向环进行限位;Z方向弹片固定连接在二级Z向柱塞的上端;X向顶升机构与Z向顶升机构的结构相同;Y向顶升机构中,Y方向柱塞滑动地装配于Y向油缸中,并通过Y向油缸端盖进行Y向限位;Y方向弹片固定连接在Y方向柱塞的右端;方法:钻孔;安装;注油加压使Z/X方向二级柱塞完全伸出,使Y方向柱塞完全伸出;限位保压。该应力及方法可实现限位保压功能,有利于提高煤岩应力的监测精度。
