The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted rotary lifting boom which comprises a base used for being installed on a vehicle body and a telescopic longitudinal arm rotationally connected to the base through a speed reduction planetary rotating disc, a telescopic transverse arm is hinged to the upper end of the longitudinal arm, and one end of the transverse arm is connected with a lifting head used for lifting a logistics box. A second hydraulic cylinder is installed between the transverse arm and the longitudinal arm, the speed reduction planetary rotating disc comprises a gear ring disc connected with the base in a rotating and clamping mode, and at least one clamping ring is arranged between the gear ring disc and the base. The gear ring disc is connected with a driving motor arranged at the bottom of the base through a plurality of speed reduction planetary gear sets distributed in the gear ring disc in a circular array mode. The butt joint of the lifting head and the logistics box is fed back in a video real-time feedback mode, the butt joint accuracy of operators is greatly improved, the lifting butt joint time is shortened, more importantly, single-person operation can be achieved, and lifting/loading and unloading can be completed without assistance of multiple persons.

    本申请公开了一种车载式旋转起重吊臂,包括用于安装在车体上的底座,通过减速行星转盘转动连接在所述底座上可伸缩的纵臂,所述纵臂上端头铰接有可伸缩的横臂,所述横臂一端连接有用于起吊物流箱的吊头,所述横臂和纵臂之间安装有第二液压缸,所述减速行星转盘包括与所述底座转动卡接的齿环盘,所述齿环盘与所述底座之间至少设置有一个卡环,所述齿环盘通过多个呈圆形阵列分布在齿环盘内的减速行星齿轮组与设置在底座底部的驱动电机连接。本发明采用视频实时反馈的方式对吊头和物流箱的对接进行反馈,极大的提高了操作人员的对接精准性,缩短了吊装对接的时间,更重要的是可以实现单人操作,无需多人协助即可完成吊装/装卸。
